This policy describes what Subkeeper (the "app") collects when it runs on a Reddit subreddit, how that information is stored, and how to ask for it to be removed.
When the app's scheduled sync runs, it requests the following from Reddit's first-party APIs and forwards a copy to a backend run by the subreddit's mod team:
The app does not read private user data outside of what Reddit's mod APIs make available to a logged-in moderator account, and does not collect anything about non-moderator subreddit visitors.
Relayed payloads are stored in a private database operated by the moderator team running the dashboard. Data is kept while the app remains installed on the subreddit. Old mod-log entries and modmail snapshots may be retained for trend analysis.
Relayed payloads transit through an automated messaging channel and are received by a backend hosted on a managed platform. No human party other than the subreddit's own mod team handles the data.
If you appear in the subreddit's mod log or queue and would like the corresponding rows removed from the dashboard's copy, contact the developer (see below). Note that removing the rows from the backend's copy does not change anything in Reddit's own mod log.
The app is intended for adult moderators of subreddits on Reddit. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
For privacy questions or removal requests, message u/Last-Conversation734 on Reddit, or modmail the subreddit where the app is installed.
