Terms of Service

By installing or using Subkeeper (the "app") on a Reddit subreddit you agree to the terms below. These terms govern your use of the app and are between you, the installing moderator team, and the app's developer.

Eligible users

Subkeeper is intended for moderators of subreddits where the app has been installed. Anyone interacting with the app is expected to be acting in an official moderator capacity for that subreddit.

What the app does

Subkeeper surfaces moderation activity (recent removals, queue items, and modmail status) inside the subreddit's mod toolbar and forwards a copy of that activity to a private backend used by the moderator team for dashboards and historical lookup. Subkeeper does not take public-facing actions on the subreddit on its own; any approve or remove action it performs is initiated by an authorized moderator through the dashboard.

Acceptable use

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Moderation queue counts, log entries and modmail summaries may lag the live Reddit state by several minutes and should not be treated as authoritative. The developer accepts no liability for mod actions taken in reliance on the app's data.

Termination

The subreddit's mod team can uninstall the app at any time from the subreddit's apps page. The developer may withdraw, suspend or modify the app, with or without notice, at any time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.

Contact

For questions or removal requests, contact the developer via Reddit modmail to the subreddit on which the app is installed, or message u/Last-Conversation734 directly.
